CANCELLED Picture Make-up/Retake Day - Cohort 2 (will reschedule)

PICTURE MAKE-UP/RETAKES:

• December 1st - Picture Make-up/Retake day - Group 1
• December 2nd - Picture Make-up/Retake day - Group 2

• If for any reason you are not happy with your student’s picture, they can have their photograph retaken on Make-up/Retake Day.  Your child will need to bring the entire original package back and give it to the photographer.

• To order online, go to shop.hrimaging.com after your student has been photographed for purchasing options.

• OA families may come to the building during lunch on either day to have their picture taken.  Alternatively, you may send in a picture of your child for the yearbook.  Please make sure it meets the following criteria:  

• The files should be named with student’s last name underscore first name underscore grade. (Holman_ Tamara_1.jpg)  All files must be in jpg format. All files must be at 300dpi resolution and presented in a traditional head and shoulder portrait crop.

• If a parent submits a photo taken by another photography company or professional photographer, a copyright release must also be submitted along with the image. This is necessary to satisfy copyright law.

The deadline for submitting photos is January 6th
