School Pictures - Cohort 2 and OA
Description
- HR Imaging will be photographing school portraits at Wickliffe on October 16th (cohort 2 and OA) and 21st (cohort 1 and OA).
- ONLINE ACADEMY students: Please check in at the front doors on Wickliffe Road on October 16th or October 21st from 12:00-12:45 pm to have your child’s school picture taken. A Wickliffe staff member will be at these doors to let your student in to take his/her picture. We will ask parents to wait outside or in the lobby per our visitor policy. If you cannot come from 12:10-12:45 on October 16th or 21st, please reach out to Teresa Morley at tmorley@uaschools.org for another time.
- Prepaid portrait envelopes were sent home with our Group 2 hybrid students on Friday. Group 1 hybrid students will receive these forms on Monday. All students (including those in our Online Academy) should receive an email providing information about picture day and your student’s online access from HR Imaging if a valid parent email is on file with our school.
- If you don’t receive an email, simply visit hrimaging.com and enter Wickliffe Elementary to order online.
- Due to social distancing, we will not be taking classroom group pictures this fall. Our hope is to be able to take them in the spring. If you have questions, please feel free to call HR Imaging at 740.369.4215
